Sacred Ancestral Sound Journey
Group Healing Ceremony | 90–120 Minutes

Through sacared sound, movement, and guided meditation, you are invited to enter a space where deeper energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing can unfold
No experience is needed ~ simply come with an open heart
Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely channeled to support the energy of the group.
What to expect
We begin by creating a safe and sacred container for the journey together
The session opens with a short introduction, an overview of the experience, and time for any questions. We then move into intention setting and a traditional sage smudge cleansing
The ceremony may include
~ Gentle qigong movement to awaken and move the body’s energy
~ Grounding practices to connect with the earth and spirit
~ An herbal cleanse to clear and prepare the energetic field
~ A calming guided Reiki meditation to relax the mind and body
Once the body and energy are prepared, you will be invited to lie down comfortably and receive the sound journey
~ Enter a sacred circle of drum, voice, and vibration where the mind softens and the wisdom of your ancestors gently guides your healing ~
The Sound Journey
During the sound healing experience, you will be immersed in sacred sounds that help guide the body into deep relaxation and inner exploration
This journey may include
~ Crystal singing bowls
~ Tibetan bowls & chimes
~ Channelled toning and soul language
~ Drum and rattle medicine
~ Guided drum journey
These sounds help quiet the mind and open the doorway to the subconscious, allowing you to connect more deeply with your inner landscapes, the natural elements, spirit guides, animal allies, and ancestral wisdom
Many participants experience deep relaxation, emotional release, clarity, or deep insights and pineal activations
Closing the Ceremony
We gently return from the journey with grounding and integration
The session closes with oracle card guidance and an optional sharing circle for those who wish to reflect on their experience

Sessions are 90–120 minutes and include full ceremony setup, guidance, sound healing journey, and closing integration.

What is a Drum Journey
A guided drum journey session calms the mind, helps you find clarity, deeper subconscious healing and insights. No experience necessary
A drum journey is a guided journey with the rhythmic sounds of the drum, rattle and song.
These repetitive sounds creates a theta state where you are more able to access your own subconscious mind.
The journey takes you from the ordinary world to the non ordinary where you can travel to inner landscapes. I take you on a guided journey in different landscapes for ancestral connection, connection to the healing energies of the elements and more!
Each session will be individually catered to each client or the group.
Available for retreat bookings
With all sessions, workshops & classes, these can also be available if you are running a special event, party, retreats, corporate events.
