I offer a 4 week online (or in-person) spiritual support container for those who feel called to begin their journey, as well as, for those already walking their path and seeking deeper support & guidance, clarity, consistency, accountability and transformation 🌿

These sessions begin with a heart-led conversation where I listen to what you are moving through, followed by intuitive guidance and reflection. From there, I send a personalized distance healing session at a separate time, allowing you to fully receive and integrate the energy.

This work is most supportive within a 4-week container, offering gentle consistency, deeper transformation, and a space where you feel held as you reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit.

This journey includes one weekly call where we connect, explore what you are moving through, and offer intuitive guidance and support. You will also receive gentle daily practices and spiritual tools to help you stay grounded, connected, and supported in your everyday life, along with the option for daily check-ins.

Each week includes a dedicated healing session, allowing your system to soften, release, and integrate on a deeper level. Additional healing sessions can be added if you feel called.

This container is designed to support you in building a stronger connection to yourself, your path, and your inner guidance ~ with steady, heart-led support along the way.

This is a space to build confidence in your gifts, gain clarity on your direction, and learn simple, aligned steps to begin sharing your work 🌿

With over 10 years of experience as a healer and entrepreneur — as a Reiki Master, sound healer, and building a business in both Canada and Mexico — I bring both intuitive guidance and real-world experience.

I now feel called to support other healers in finding their confidence, clarity, and next steps in sharing their gifts 🤍

In this online sound healing journey, we connect together on a live call where you are invited to simply relax, listen, and receive 🌿

The session is 45 to 60 minutes, including a 30-minute guided sound healing journey and meditation designed to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. As you rest comfortably in your own space, you are gently guided into a deeply relaxed, meditative state where your system can soften and restore.

You will also receive a recording of the session, allowing you to return to the experience and continue receiving the benefits in your own time.

This experience may support you in calming the mind, reducing stress, clearing and balancing your energy, and reconnecting with your true self. Many also feel a deeper sense of clarity, inner peace, and connection to their inner wisdom and ancestral guidance.
