Join me on Thursday, June 19th (just before summer solstice) for 2 hours of creating a CEREMONY To help the mind, body, and spirit let go of layers no longer needing to be held! To connect with the earth, to connect with your own heart as you release everyone else influences. Creating space to receive unconditional love and support from all that help you energetically (guides, ancestors, elders, nature..) in moving forward. To find your own INNER JOY as you RELEASE the pressure layers, guilt, shame, frustration, anger.. And allow yourself to be held We will create a SACRED CIRCLE together, FEELING HELD, as we release with gentle qigong movement, tapping, breath, and a little bit of your own vocal sound. It's been a beautiful eclipse portal for the month of March. This Bacalar retreat was one of the many great moments during this month that I'm holding gratitude for 💓 After a lot of shadow work/menopause times I can truly feel the joy for the many magical moments that life has to offer, as well as enjoying the basic moments in life. I am truly thankful, but always staying centered and co creating with the universe ✨️
